CONVENTION DAY: July 2nd, 2011
- Meeting at Azure Restaurant & Bar starting at 3:00 pm
- Membership registration between 3:00 pm to 3:45 pm
- Puja 3:45 pm to 4:00pm
- Business Meeting between 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm
- Talent Show between 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm
- Dinner between 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Dance with DJ between 8:00 pm to 10:30 pm
PICNIC DAY: July 3rd, 2011 [Sunday morning]
